CSA Harvest 13: August 27, 2008

This week's CSA haul included a surprise: 4 pears from a "neighbor's garden". Don't know who's neighbor, but yippie! I love fruit! I also picked some basil in the herb garden (lower right) for pesto. That will supplement the basil from my own little herb garden. I was also excited to get our first carrots of the year. And the beans this week are yellow. I don't think I've ever had yellow beans....
